Transactional Real Estate

The firm’s transactional real estate work includes the formation of ownership entities such as limited liability companies, limited partnerships, joint ventures, structuring tax- deferred exchanges and other participation arrangements. Mr. Prahl advises on the acquisition and disposition of all types of real estate, including raw land, entitled land, and income-producing properties such as apartments, condominiums, shopping centers and office buildings.

The firm’s services include structuring and documenting all types of real estate acquisitions and sales including preparing and analyzing of commercial leases, ground leases and lease options; drafting and analysis of easements; preparation of deeds of trust, notes, specialized forms of deeds of trust including all-inclusive deeds of trust, subordination and release provisions, title and escrow issues, and the like.
